Branford Residence Stickers available at the Tax Collector’s Office

Residence vignettes for access to the Transfer Station and Parker Memorial Park are now available for purchase at the Tax Collector’s Office, to replace Branford Residence Vignettes which expired on April 1, 2022. The News vignettes are valid for two years.

To obtain the sticker in person: Please bring your valid driver’s license and motor vehicle registration showing your Branford address and cash, check or money order in the amount of $5.00** per vehicle to Collector’s Office at City Hall, 1019 Main Street (Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).

To obtain a sticker by mail: Please send a copy of your license, motor vehicle registration and a check or money order payable to the Collector of the City of Branford of $5.00 to P.O. Box 136, Branford, CT 06405 and the sticker will be mailed to you. If you are 65 or older, simply submit the registration and copy of your license for one free sticker per household.

Vignettes will only be issued if all taxes are up to date.

* New Residents: New residents moving from Connecticut, the Department of Motor Vehicles requires you to submit a change of address within 48 hours, and this must be done before a Branford resident sticker will be issued. A current utility bill showing your Branford address will also need to be provided.

**Decals are free for residents 65 or older (limited to one per household) and Branford Volunteer Firefighters.
